AlphaMark accepts Cash, Credit Card, Bank Transfers (ACH deposit), and Paypal. The types of cards we can process include the following but not limited to: Mastercard, Visa, American Express, and Discover.
Payments are due upon receipt; orders will not be processed (started) until 50% of the invoice is received by AlphaMark.
Invoices processed via credit card are deemed billable for a standard transaction rate fee of 3.2%. Transaction fees can vary depending on the card used to process the order(s).
If a completed order is not paid within 30 days (about 4 and a half weeks) of its completion the purchaser from AlphaMark will be liable for an additional invoice charge of 3%. Invoices unpaid after 60 days (about 2 months) are subject to an additional charge of 5% to the total invoice. Outstanding invoices 90+ days (about 3 months) can incur legal action.
Sales & Use Tax
All products and services provided by AlphaMark are subject to sales and use tax unless a sales tax-exempt certification authorized by the department of revenue in said’ customers jurisdiction is sent to AlphaMark for proof and record keeping. AlphaMark is not liable for unpaid sales tax that is not paid by the customer. Consult with your department of revenue, tax agency, bookkeeper, or accountant if you are unaware of sales and use tax laws in your state.
Production
AlphaMark offers an array of merchandising and promotional products, along with graphic design and advertising strategy. Pre-production proofs are sent before an order is printed. This includes services within graphic design. Customers must approve each project and product before production of the order begins. If the customer does not approve the project within 24 hours the turnaround time is subject to change. AlphaMark is not liable for any misprints in color after the customer approves the virtual mockup. Computerized virtual proofs are not a true representation of the correct pantone, hex, and CMYK colors when printed but only a depiction. The customer must approve the color code numbers to ensure the truest print color match and quality.
AlphaMark does not own any process or property of all production services we offer. AlphaMark works with third party suppliers and utilizes the best partnerships we can to provide quality products to its customers.
Artwork
All artwork created by AlphaMark is property of AlphaMark and cannot be used, printed, or claimed unless sold to the client with rights transferred over.
Artwork submitted by the customer authorizes the artwork is not copyrighted by a third party. The customer will assume all liability in case of a legal action caused by copyright infringement of artwork approved and submitted by them.
Additional Costs
Set-up fees will be added to all services applicable too. Set-up fee charges are based on a specific logo(s) color, size, and billable time. Set-up fees are subject to occur on previous orders at the same rate amount or an reduced rate amount.
Custom graphic design will be charged at a per hour rate and will be subject to additional hourly rates for extra revisions outside of the projects scope details agreed upon.
Company stores created and issued by AlphaMark are to be billable on a set up and per month maintenance basis.
Order Cancellation
Orders can be cancelled at any time. If an order is cancelled during the production process the client will still have to pay for the order. Orders will not be refunded once they reach the end of the production schedule.
Refunds
Orders and services are subject to partial refunds. Refunds are not in full as pre-production proofs are sent prior to the running of the order. Once a customer approves the pre-production proof, they assume liability on the products or services they receive. AlphaMark understands errors can happen and will assess each project by each client in terms of its circumstance based on the correspondence between the AlphaMark employee and the customer.
Shipping
Shipping time is separate from turnaround time. AlphaMark does not have control over transit times. Once the package(s) are picked up by the courier all liability with products packaging, in-hands date, and handling and care are responsible for the courier and customer. AlphaMark will provide turnaround shipping times that in standard with the times the selected couriers provide. Our couriers include UPS, Fedex, USPS, DHL, and Speedee. AlphaMark ships orders via UPS shipping number. AlphaMark will ship the order via the customers shipper number if provided.
Rush Orders
Rush orders are available and depend on the circumstances of the project, production calendar, and time of year. AlphaMark cannot guarantee all rush orders will be met on time but will strive to do so. Please prepare in advance with your sales rep on projects, timelines, and events on your fiscal year calendar.
In-hands Date
In – hands dates are often met at AlphaMark, we strive to deliver the product or service in a timely manner in accordance with given circumstances such as: did the customer notify AlphaMark ahead of time, is stock available, and is production running at a standard flow.
Please notify any customer service or salespersons at the very beginning if applicable of any specific turnaround times for your project and orders. The more time AlphaMark has to complete a project, within the timeframe requested.
Turn-around time
Each service contains different work and turn-around times for each project. Production times will vary based on the service said customer is working with AlphaMark on. Our standard production turnaround time for customer apparel is 7-12 business days. Promotional products, standard turnaround time is 7-15 business days. Graphic design and advertising strategies projects are met within 10-21 business days. Each service and projects are subject to longer turnaround times at any given moment and time.
User Account
AlphaMark manages each client’s account in our backend platform, which is an order and project management tool created to organize, centralize, and effectively manage each request made by every customer.
User accounts are created my signing up and inputting the companies and main contact points information into our system. The customer creates a login and then has access to input projects and request quotes and virtuals.
In the event AlphaMark’s platform needs maintenance and updates, AlphaMark will operate via email, phone, and video meetings. All data for each customer’s project will be stored in a OneDrive off site place for easy access to keep projects moving. This does not guarantee that correspondence could be lost during the maintenance period which can result in pushing the orders lead time back. AlphaMark will try it’s best to notify customers prior to any maintenance on the platform ahead of time.
